Your club's data,
handled like it matters
Clubs put their families' information in FutbolCore. Here's plainly how that data is handled — no certifications we don't hold, no vague promises.
Payments
All card payments are processed by Stripe, a certified payment processor. Card numbers are entered into Stripe's payment elements and handled by Stripe — FutbolCore does not store your families' card numbers on its servers. FutbolCore adds no platform percentage on top of standard Stripe processing.
Access & permissions
Access to club data is role-based. Club admins, registrars, treasurers, coaches, and parents each see only what their role allows. New registrations pass through an approval queue before an account becomes active in your club.
Your data is yours
Club and player data belongs to the club and the families who provided it. We don't sell it. You can request an export of your data or full account deletion at any time — see the account deletion page or email us.
Children's data
Youth player profiles are created and managed by clubs and parents/guardians, not by children signing themselves up. Player accounts are linked to a parent or guardian account, and what coaches and staff can see is governed by role-based permissions.
Communication
Messages, announcements, and notifications are scoped to the club: coaches and admins reach the families they're responsible for, and audience rules keep club content inside the club.
