Export
Pull your data out of your current system: player and family lists, rosters, and schedules. A spreadsheet export is enough — every mainstream platform can produce one. Moving from PlayMetrics? A team link is all we need.

Import
We bring players, families, and teams into FutbolCore. Spreadsheet imports map your columns to club records; PlayMetrics imports pull teams, rosters, and crests directly.

Validate
You review the imported club before anyone else sees it: rosters by age group, family links, duplicates flagged. Nothing goes live to families until you say it looks right.
Who does it · You confirm the club looks like your club.

Invite
Staff and families get invited to a club that already works — rosters filled, schedule loaded, payment plans configured. New signups flow through your approval queue from day one.
Who does it · FutbolCore sends role-based invitations; you keep approval control.
