FutbolCore was born on the sidelines of Eagles FC in Grand Island, Nebraska: a real youth club with real players, real parents, real problems.
We were drowning in spreadsheets, chasing payments over text, printing registration forms, and losing whole evenings to admin. So we built the tool we wished existed: a purpose-built platform for soccer clubs, not a generic sports app.

Can we migrate from our current system?
Yes. FutbolCore imports rosters from spreadsheets and from PlayMetrics team exports, and our team helps you migrate for free. Most clubs move players, families, and teams over without re-typing anything. See how migration works at /migration.
How long does setup take?
Most clubs are live in an afternoon: create the club, import rosters, invite staff. A full migration with historical data is usually done well within the 14-day trial.
Does FutbolCore charge per player?
No. Pricing is a flat monthly price per club, tiered by number of teams. A 200-player club and a 400-player club on the same tier pay the same.
Does FutbolCore take a cut of our payments?
No. Standard Stripe processing applies to payments you collect; FutbolCore adds no platform percentage on top.
Can parents use a mobile app?
Yes. iOS and Android apps for every family are included on every plan — schedule, RSVP, payments, team chat, and live match feeds.
What happens after the trial?
You pick a plan and keep going — everything you set up during the trial stays. If you decide not to continue, you can request your data and account deletion at any time.
