1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FutbolCore (the "Service"), a product of Phoenix Software Solutions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, club administrators, coaches, parents, and others who access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

FutbolCore is a cloud-based soccer club management platform that provides tools for player and team management, financial operations, scheduling, communication, coaching, sponsorship tracking, and more. The Service is available via web browsers and mobile applications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

3. Account Registration

To use FutbolCore, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Club administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization and ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive club data.

4. Subscription & Billing

FutbolCore offers subscription-based pricing plans. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen billing cycle. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

5. User Responsibilities

When using FutbolCore, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Not use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
• Respect the privacy of other users, including players, parents, and staff members.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data protection and children's privacy.

6. Intellectual Property

The FutbolCore platform, including its design, code, features, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Phoenix Software Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into FutbolCore, including player records, financial data, schedules, and communications. We do not claim ownership of your club's data. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export tools. Upon termination of your account, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Software Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of FutbolCore shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (including Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Data Ownership) will survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Nebraska, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
